Day 01: Denpasar – Ende/ Meumere (D)

Arrival at Ende Airport, meeting with our guide and transfer to Moni. Dinner and overnight at Kelimutu Moni Eco lodge.

Day 02: Moni-Kelimutu-Ende-Riung (B)

Depart in the early morning at 4 am from your hotel, drive to Mount Kelimutu, with its three -colored crater lakes, is probably the most amazing natural phenomenon in Nusa Tenggara. The color has dramatic changed in the last 20 years, now it has turquoise, Blue and dark green. In the morning is has the best opportunities to enjoy sunrise (if the weather permitted), on the way back to the hotel you will stop on the rice terraces, after breakfast at Hotel continue drive to Ende with some stop on the way. Lunch in Ende, afternoon en route to Riung visit the blue pebbles beach in Nangapanda. Dinner and overnight at Pondok SVD Riung or Del Mar.

Day 03: Riung Marine Park - Bajawa (B/L)

Boat trip to explore Riung Marine Park, you visit first Ontoloe Island, island of the bats, then continue to Rutong island and small island surrounding. Relaxing, swimming and snorkeling on white sandy beaches at Rutong and Pulau tiga beach. Lunch will be provided . Afternoon back to Riung, and continue to Bajawa. Dinner at Local Restaurant and overnight at Sanian Hotel Bajawa.

Day 04: Bajawa and Surrounding, [B]

Breakfast at Hotel and depart from Hotel, first visit Wolobobo hill to see the landscape of Inerie and Ebulobo mountain, continue to visit Luba and Bena traditional village, see traditional houses and megalithic tombs, learn the meaning of Ngadhu and Bhaga, symbolizing male and female of ancestral spirits, from here trekking for 1 hours to Tololela village, Tololela village is a traditional village with altitude 650 meter above sea level located in the Manubhara village, this village has 31 traditional houses with 7 clans. In the afternoon you can stay in contact with the locals and experience their daily activities. Dinner and overnight in the village (very basic homestay)

Day 05: Bajawa – Ruteng, (B)

Morning visit Bena Village,is the most famous and also most visited village in the Ngada district. With its impressive stone formations and ancestral shrines, as well as traditional houses, Bena has turned into a signpost for Ngada culture. Then continue to Aimere with its “Arak” distillation and palm wine fresh used tapp, Lunch in Borong, on the way to Ruteng, you can visit Ranamese lake in the cloud forest. Dinner at Local Restaurant and Overnight at Ara Garden Inn, Ruteng.

Day 06: Ruteng and surrounding (B)

After an early breakfast, transfer to Waereno and start your 1.5 hours soft trekking on the ricefield, at noon back to Ruteng for lunch at local restaurant, afternoon visit Liang Bua Cave where the Homofloresiensis was found by Indonesian and Australian Archeology.

Day 07: Ruteng – Cancar – Labuanbajo (B)

Departure from your hotel, visit to Golo Curu hill where you can have a very nice view of Ruteng and rice terraces on the northen side. Then to Cancar to see the unique Lingko ricefield, circular terraces arranged like a spider web, then drive direct to Labuan Bajo, Dinner and overnight at Puri Sari Beach Hotel or similar.

Day 08: Labuan Bajo – Rinca Island – Padar Island – Pink Beach (B,L,D)

Our purpose today is to see the Komodo Dragon. This largest living lizard on earth lives on 3 islands Rinca, Padar & Komodo and some parts of West Flores. Its length can go up to 3 meters with weight of up to 90 kilo. Breakfast at hotel, transfer to the harbour to board for to less famous Rinca island. After 1 ½ hour sailing we reach Loh Buaya. Led by a local ranger 2 hour soft trekking through forest and savanna. Komodo Dragons are often spotted on the way. From the highest point on this hike a beautiful panorama of the surrounding island. Onwards to Pink Beach. This trip over blue tropical waters and past hundreds of small island will take approximately 3 hours. Lunch on board. At Pink Beach time to discover the splendid underwater world of these rich waters (snorkels and fins are provided). At the end of the day sail to Loh Liang at Komodo island. Dinner and overnight* on Board.

Day 09: Komodo Island Trekking – Sail to Sape Island, Sumbawa about 7-8 Hours – Bima (B,L)

Early wake up call by the birds of Komodo island. After breakfast on board we visit Komodo island. Here we make a walk (1 hour) with a local ranger in search of the Komodo dragons. During your visit also wild buffalo, deer, pigs and various species of tropical birds like the Cockatoo can be seen. Onwards to Sape at the eastern most part of Sumbawa (7-8 hrs). Upon arrival at the harbour of Sape transfer to Hotel Mutmainah or Lambitu for overnight.

Day 10: Bima – Sumbawa Besar (B)

Breakfast at hotel, before departure to Sumbawa Besar a visit to the Sultan’s Palace of Bima. Outside Bima a stop at salt panning. Onwards to via Dompu past the coastal road to Sumbawa Besar. At this city a visit to the Sultan’s Palace of Sumbawa Besar. Check into our hotel Kencana Beach for overnight.

Day 11: Sumbawa Besar – Free days in the hotel (B)

Day at leisure. Optionals: snorkeling at Moyo island, Diving, Hiking or renting bicycles. Overnight at Kencana Beach Hotel.

Day 12: Sumbawa Besar – Lombok (B)

Breakfast at hotel. Departure for harbour Tano. Here crossing by ferry to Lombok. At Pelabuan Lombok transfer past the slopes of Mt. Rinjani to Airport or hotel Senggigi. End of program.
